  • I can't log in. What do I do?

    If you can't log in, try Resetting Your Password. If that doesn't work, please Contact Us.

  • How do I get my hardcopy of my certificate?

    Once you have completed the course and you live in a county that requires the hardcopy, the site will display a prompt to offer you that option. You will enter the delivery address and we will mail it out immediately. If you require overnight shipping, please Contact Us so we can be made aware. 

  • I'm done. How do I download my certificate?

    Click here to download your certificate.

  • The video is glitchy or won't seek properly

    If you're having video issues, please try going to your profile and clicking on Settings on the left. You will see a setting for HD VIdeo. Uncheck the HD Video option and click save. Then try watching the video again. If you still need help, please contact us for help at any time.
